APPLICATIONS
All series designed for high pressure hydraulic fluid applications as well as for conducting oils and certain chemicals and gases.
MAJOR ADVANTAGES
• Lightweight, flexible
• Resistance to most chemicals
• Tough abrasion resistant covers
• Single braid constructions meet or exceed working and burst pressures and oil resistance specifications of medium pressure braided wire hydraulic hose (SAE 100R3)
• Double braid constructions meet or exceed working and burst pressures as well as oil and abrasion resistance specifications of high pressure braided wire hydraulic hose (SAE 100R1)
• Double braid constructions also meet all specifications of SAE 100R7
• Stronger, tougher, lighter and more flexible than wire-reinforced hose
• Non-conductive, seamless inner tube won’t clog with scale or material build-up
Reinforcement: Braided textile high tensile yarn: nylon, polyester or Aramid fibers
Lengths available: Long continuous
Recommended Couplings: Steel reusable type or swaged or crimp, on one-time type
